Welcome to my art’s online home.

I use simple materials to transcribe a jumble of experiences, thoughts, and feelings. I enjoy working intuitively, letting visuals unfold with limited planning. I aim to capture the excitement found in visuals around me and hint at those seen behind closed eyes.

This site is a snapshot of drawings in flux. Much of what you see no longer exists that way. Periodically, I scan new images and reconcile pixels with paper.

Inspirations include the feelings in Kay Sage and Leon Spilliaert paintings, Renoir‘s use of color, Herbert James Draper‘s tones/linework , ‘70s horror/sexploitation/arthouse/pulp, Victorian Gothic interior design, everything about Emil Ferris‘ work, natural beauty, and a satisfaction in making marks.
